Job Summary:
The Athletic Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sports programs within the organization. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate athletes, coaches, and staff.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sports programs.
6. Solid financial acumen and experience in budget management.
7. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing sports programs.
8. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
